1. We warmly welcome you to the YOU – Yours Own Uniqueness family and wish you great success in your journey with us.

2. Your decision to join our company is the first step toward building a successful career in the Direct Selling industry.

3. No registration fee is charged to become a member of the company.

4. After registration, you will receive your Online ID and Password. Log in to your account, create a secure password, and complete your Online KYC.

5. You can activate your ID by purchasing one of our pre-designed Product Packages or by selecting products through the Open Choice option.

6. You can purchase Product Packages or Open Choice Products from your nearest Home Shopee. If no Home Shopee is available nearby, you may order products directly from the company. In such cases, transportation or delivery charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

7. Due to changing market conditions and inflation, the company reserves the right to revise product/service prices or Business Volume (BV) values whenever necessary.

8. Please inspect all products before purchase. Products may be replaced within 7 days, provided they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition. All products supplied to Home Shopees are dispatched only after proper packaging and quality inspection.

9. For every product purchased, you will receive a GST invoice online through your ID portal.

10. The BPV closing takes place every Sunday at 11:59 PM, and the income earned will be credited to your registered account within the next three working days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).

11. The Business Volume (BV) closing takes place at 11:59 PM on the last day of every month. The corresponding income will be credited between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. The qualification period for all Awards and Rewards also closes at 11:59 PM on the last day of each month, and the reward amount will be credited to the achiever by the 5th of the following month.

12. Upon achieving any reward, the company will pay the specified reward amount to your registered bank account after deducting all applicable taxes. However, attendance at the company's seminar is mandatory for major rewards.

13. If the company considers it necessary to modify the Business Plan or its calculations, all members will be notified at least 30 days in advance. After the changes become effective, no claims regarding income, rewards, or royalties under the previous Business Plan will be accepted.

14. A 5% TDS and a 1% administrative charge will be deducted from BPV and BV income, as applicable.

15. The achiever will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, documentation charges, and paperwork costs associated with receiving the rewards.

16. If there is any issue with your bank account or a banking server failure, the payment will be processed once the issue has been resolved.

17. In the event of war, internal disturbances, medical emergencies, earthquakes, terrorist activities, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event that prevents normal business operations, payments and business activities may be delayed until the situation returns to normal.

18. The company has introduced the FSS (Family Security System) for all Direct Sellers. Complete details are available in the Business Plan presentation.

19. The company has introduced Free Product Purchase Coupons worth ₹1,000 for every eligible PV purchase. These coupons can be redeemed at any Home Shopee between the 1st and 30th of each month at the rate of ₹25 per month. You may also accumulate the coupons for up to three months (a total of ₹75) and redeem them together. Any unused coupons after the validity period will expire.

20. No income will be credited to your account until the KYC process has been successfully completed. You must provide your PAN Card and a recent photograph while completing your KYC.

21. The company does not promote or support any form of “non-working income” scheme. If any Direct Seller, individual, or organization spreads false information, misrepresents the Business Plan, or damages the company's reputation, the company reserves the right to take immediate legal action, terminate the concerned ID(s), and permanently discontinue all associated incomes and rewards.

22. In accordance with applicable Government policies and regulations, the company may require members to complete certain documentation or form-filling procedures offline whenever necessary.

23. Once products have been purchased, no refund may be claimed at any time from your Sponsor, Home Shopee, any leader, the company, its directors, or any shareholder, except where required by applicable law or company policy.

24. To succeed in this company, follow the principle: “Use the Products and Promote the Products.” If you want to register a new ID or complete KYC for someone, you can visit the office or call us between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM for assistance.

25. Any legal dispute or matter arising from the business shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
